Katrina is a researcher who is passionate about uncovering insights about human behaviour, leveraging both data and the lens of psychological theory to drive evidence-based strategy. At the core of her research practice is a deep curiosity that drives a desire to ask questions and discover new ways to find answers.
With engagements in projects in education, program evaluation, health, insurance, custom market/consumer research (CPG/retail), and social-personality psychology, Katrina is adaptable and collaborative with cross-functional teams, and draws on a toolkit of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to investigate human motivation, needs, and experiences. Katrina is an experienced research lead who is committed not only to delivering actionable recommendations to clients, but also to growing strong research cultures within organizations through mentorship and practice development.
Katrina holds a PhD in social personality psychology, and is always looking for opportunities to grow her research experience by incorporating new frameworks and methods. Outside of work, you can find Katrina with her nose in a good book, playing video games, experimenting with new recipes, or training in aerial arts.
